FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What do I need to know before coming?

  • All guests, are required to sign our release waiver before attending. You can find the waiver here.
  • All adults and children are to wear socks inside. Children's socks must be non-slip. We will have socks for purchase, if you or your children need a pair. Your shoes will remain in the shoe/coat area.
  • For the health and safety of all guests, if you or your child(ren) have any signs of illness (fever, consistent deep/wet cough etc.) we kindly ask that you please come another day.
  • If you do need your stroller, it is to remain at the front entrance located where coats/shoes are. Please note we have limited space for strollers.
  • If you booked a drop-in play session or you are apart of a private party, your child(ren) will have up to two hours to play. To comply with Fire and Safety Regulations, unfortunately after your two hours has come to an end you will need to leave the play area. We hope that your children enjoy their time so much, that you will continue to come back to play!
  • We do not allow piñatas, confetti or sparklers during private events
 

Do I need to supervise my child?
 
Adults are required to supervise their child(ren) at all times. Adults are also responsible for their children's behavior. To ensure the safety of all guests, no roughhousing will be permitted.
 

Is outside food allowed?
 
Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks for private events but please note we are a nut free facility. And food/snacks and drinks can only be consumed in the event rooms (if you booked a private event). There is NO food or drink allowed inside the play area.
 

How do I know your space is clean?
 
After owning a childcare centre for over 10 years we know just how quickly and easily children can get sick.The safety of all of our guests is our number one priority and our cleaning regime is something we take seriously.
 
Our entire play area will be a shoe free zone to help keep the germs away.
 
Our play space and materials will be kept as organized and clean as possible by our staff throughout open play. We understand that toys sometimes end up in little mouths.  Our staff will be keeping a close eye on this, but if your child does put anything in their mouth, kindly bring the toy to us and we can sanitize it right away.
 
We'll also do a daily deep clean after play time and every private event where we sanitize all surfaces and toys.
