What do I need to know before coming?
Do I need to supervise my child? Adults are required to supervise their child(ren) at all times. Adults are also responsible for their children's behavior. To ensure the safety of all guests, no roughhousing will be permitted. Is outside food allowed? Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks for private events but please note we are a nut free facility. And food/snacks and drinks can only be consumed in the event rooms (if you booked a private event). For drop in play you can bring nut free snacks, in which children can consume on benches away from the play area. There is NO food or drink allowed inside the play area. How do I know your space is clean? After owning a childcare centre for over 10 years we know just how quickly and easily children can get sick.The safety of all of our guests is our number one priority and our cleaning regime is something we take seriously. Our entire play area will be a shoe free zone to help keep the germs away. Our play space and materials will be kept as organized and clean as possible by our staff throughout open play. We know that sometimes toys can end up in little mouths so we'll place “Clean Me” bins throughout the play area for toys that need immediate sanitizing. We'll also do a daily deep clean after play time and every private event where we sanitize all surfaces and toys. Do you offer field trips? Yes, we are happy to offer field trips for preschool aged classes in child care centers and for kindergarten and primary grades. We meet many of the learning expectations in the Kindergarten and Primary programs; along with the ELECT expectations for preschool aged children. |
